TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Upon booking a free viewing trip, the client enters into an agreement with Spanish Freedom and fully understands the terms and conditions with Spanish Freedom.Com.

Spanish Freedom reserve the right to reclaim any monies (except for expenses at agents discretion) from clients, where Spanish Freedom feels, that Spanish Freedom, terms and conditions, have been breached by the client, as listed in the sections below.

1. Upon booking the flight with Spanish Freedom the client secures a refundable deposit, (which may vary from time to time and is agreed with Spanish Freedom) which is fully refundable to the client upon the client meeting with the Spanish Freedom Agent on the Arrival of the arranged Flight.

2. Free Viewing Trips, are normally arranged for one or two clients, (unless otherwise agreed with Spanish Freedom) One of which must be the person that: (1) Wishes to make the purchase of the property. (2) Is in a position to make such a purchase. (3) Can pay the deposit and make any decisions necessary upon purchasing the said property. This person must also be the person that is in a position to sign any agreement with Mortgage, Builders or Notary etc if deemed necessary. i.e They must be the purchaser of the property.

3. All Free Viewing Trips are for three nights and four days (unless pre arranged with Spanish Freedom) Viewing Trips are strictly for the viewing of properties and anything connected with the purchasing of properties and the relocation process.

4. All clients will be accompanied at all times during the day by a Spanish Freedom Agent, although agents do realize that some clients need time to talk in Private.

5. Clients that book Free Viewing Trips should not expect to ‘take one or two days of leisure’ instead of viewing property, this would be seen as a serious breach of contract by Spanish Freedom. However, if a property has been agreed and the deposit has been paid clients are then free to take there leisure time as they wish.

6. Clients should not expect to use Spanish Freedom viewing trips for the purpose of ‘stocking up’ on drink and cigarettes etc again this would be a serious breach of Spanish Freedom Terms and Conditions.

7. Spanish Freedom strive to make Viewing trips as pleasurable as possible and take it upon themselves to give clients the best possible buying experience. Therefore it is expected by Spanish Freedom, that clients show the same courtesy and treat Spanish Freedom Viewing trips for the purpose of viewing properties.

8. Spanish Freedom, do not take out any additional insurance for Spanish Freedom clients. It is solely the clients responsibility to take out there own insurance if they so wish. Spanish Freedom do not take any responsibility, in the unlikely event that a client may become injured during a Spanish Freedom Viewing Trip.
